Privacy Policy

Thinklyn Cadence ("Cadence", "we", "us") is a private sales workspace operated by Thinklyn. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the application at thinklyncadence.com and to accounts created inside the workspace.

Who this is for

Cadence is used by revenue and sales teams — including the Thinklyn team and other organizations who sign up — to run outbound sales, campaigns, and reply management. People who receive email from a Cadence user are not Cadence account holders; their data is processed on behalf of the sending user and their organization.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and password hash (or your Google identity, if you sign in with Google).
• Workspace content. Contacts, accounts, notes, campaigns, cadences, landing pages, drafts, and email history you or your teammates create in the app.
• Gmail data (if you connect Gmail). When you authorize Cadence to send and read email through your Google account, we access message metadata and content needed to send outreach, sync replies to your Cadence inbox, and match those replies to the correct contact.
• Usage data. Basic logs (timestamps, IP, user-agent, error traces) used to keep the service running.

How we use Google user data

Cadence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We use Gmail scopes only to (a) send email you approve from your connected Gmail address and (b) read replies to messages you sent, so those replies appear in your Cadence review inbox and are linked to the right contact.
• We do not use Gmail data to serve advertising.
• We do not sell Gmail data or share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing Cadence to you.
• We do not allow humans to read Gmail data except (i) with your explicit consent, (ii) for security investigations or to comply with law, or (iii) when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
• We do not use Gmail data to train generalized machine-learning models.

How your data is stored

Workspace data is stored in an encrypted managed Postgres database. Your Google connection key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before being written to the database, so it is not readable in plain form by database operators. Access to servers and secrets is restricted to authorized Thinklyn personnel.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to operate Cadence: hosting (Cloudflare, Lovable), database and auth (Supabase), and AI providers used to draft outreach copy. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. You can delete contacts, accounts, campaigns, and notes at any time. When you disconnect Gmail, your stored Google connection key is deleted from our database and the OAuth grant is revoked with Google. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your choices

• Revoke Cadence's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from Settings → Sending inside Cadence.
• Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
