Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Thinklyn Cadence ("Cadence"), a private sales workspace operated by Thinklyn. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and eligibility
Cadence is available to business users who create an account, and to teammates they invite into their workspace. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use Cadence only for lawful outreach. You must comply with anti-spam, privacy, and marketing laws that apply to your recipients (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL where relevant), honor unsubscribe requests, and identify yourself accurately.
- Do not upload contact lists you do not have the right to use, and do not send content that is deceptive, harassing, or unlawful.
- Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service, and do not use Cadence to build a competing product.
Your content
You retain ownership of the contacts, notes, drafts, and other content you put into Cadence. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
Third-party services
Cadence integrates with third-party services (for example Google Gmail, and AI providers used to draft copy). Your use of those services through Cadence is also subject to their own terms. If you connect Gmail, you authorize Cadence to send and read email on your behalf according to the scopes shown on Google's consent screen; you can revoke this access at any time.
AI-generated content
Cadence uses AI to suggest email drafts and other copy. Suggestions are your responsibility to review before sending. AI output may contain errors and should not be treated as legal, tax, or professional advice.
Termination
You may stop using Cadence at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Cadence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinklyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
