Draft with AI. Send with confidence.
Thinklyn Cadence is a sales outreach workspace. It drafts personalised, multi-step email cadences with AI, sends them from your own email account only after you approve each message, and keeps every reply, contact, and landing page submission in one shared place.
- No unattended sending
- Sends from your own Gmail
- Minimum Google scopes

What the app does
Everything in Thinklyn Cadence exists to help a small revenue team run considered, personal outreach at a manageable pace.
Multi-step email cadences
Build a sequence of outreach steps with delays, per-step briefs, and merge tags. The AI drafts each message from your brief; nothing sends until a person approves it.
Human review before every send
Drafts land in a review queue where you edit, approve, or skip them. There is no unattended, fully automated sending.
Shared reply inbox
Replies from prospects are pulled back into a shared inbox so your team can see conversation history in one place.
Landing pages & forms
Publish simple campaign landing pages with forms, link them from your emails, and see submissions inside the workspace.
Lightweight CRM
Accounts, contacts, account managers, and threaded notes with attachments — the context your team needs before the next touch.
Analytics & learning loop
See what is sending, what is landing, and get suggestions for improving your briefs based on real reply performance.

Why Thinklyn Cadence asks for access to your Google account
Connecting your Google account is optional and is only used to send and follow up on outreach from your own address, so replies come back to you rather than a shared no-reply mailbox. When you choose to connect Gmail, we request the minimum access needed for the features you use:
- Sign in with GoogleTo identify your account and create your workspace profile (name, email address, profile picture).
- Send email on your behalfTo deliver the outreach messages you have personally reviewed and approved inside the app, from your own address.
- Read replies to your outreachTo match incoming replies to the right contact and show the conversation in your shared inbox.
We never sell your data, never use Gmail content for advertising, and never use it to train generalised AI models. Thinklyn Cadence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access tokens are stored encrypted, used only to perform the actions you request, and you can disconnect your Google account at any time from workspace settings, which deletes the stored authorization.
What people ask first
Is my Gmail data used to train AI models?
No. Gmail content is never used to train generalised AI models, never sold, and never used for advertising. It is used only to send the messages you approve and to show replies in your inbox.
Does the app ever send email without me?
No. Every message passes through a human review queue. Approve, edit, or skip — there is no unattended automated sending.
Whose address do emails come from?
Your own connected Google account, so replies come back to you directly rather than to a shared no-reply mailbox.
Can I disconnect Google later?
Yes. Disconnect at any time in workspace settings — this deletes the stored authorization immediately.
Outreach that still sounds like you.
Set up a campaign in minutes. Approve every message before it leaves your inbox.
